Before you book
Do you have child or booster seats?
Yes, at no extra charge. Tell us how many you need in the trip notes when you book.
Can I bring surfboards, golf bags or extra luggage?
Yes. Just mention it in the trip notes when you book so we can make room for it.
Can we stop on the way?
Of course. Groceries, a quick bite or a break to stretch your legs, just ask your driver.
What if my flight is delayed or lands early?
We track your flight, so your driver will be there when you land. That's why we ask for your flight number.
What if my airline cancels or moves my flight?
Send us your new flight details and we'll rebook your ride at no extra charge.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Within 24 hours, rides can't be refunded.
